On this website I will be posting the tasks that you must do during these weeks.
You must be aware of everything that needs to be done and the way to submit the tasks, because in many of them you can see how colleagues are doing it.

From 10th to 12th of June
Task 7
Hello everyone.
For this week you have to record a video playing a physical game.
It can be a game like “el pilla-pilla, el escondite, las canicas, las chapas, saltar a la comba, la rayuela, los bolos, etc.”
It can also be a sport such as soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis, cycling, swimming, etc.
The video should last at least a couple of minutes.
As always, you can submit it by email, remind or padlet.

Task 6
Hello everybody.
For this week you have to do a work about correct eating habits and the beneficial effects of physical exercise.
For a correct presentation, the work must be written in 11-point Arial font, justified text and 1.5 line spacing.
Each section must have at least 2 pages.
You can incorporate photos or images as long as they are not too big and help to understand what you are explaining in the text.
For this, you must follow the following structure:
- Cover page
- Index
- Correct eating habits: in this section you must describe the main correct eating habits, meal times, amount of food, etc.
- The Healthy Eating Plate: for this point of the work you have to describe what it is this, describe the different food groups and give at least 5 examples from each group.
- Beneficial effects of physical exercise: this time you must explain what are the benefits of regular physical exercise on the body.
Courage, we already have little left!!!
From 11th to 15th of may
Task 4
Hello to all.
This time you have a board game (“La Oca”) adapted for physical activity at home by a Physical Education teacher from a school in San Javier.
The rules are the same as the game of "La Oca". As many chips as participants, roll the dice in turns and you have to carry out the motor task in which we have got.
The player who reaches the cup before wins.
Some photos must be sent playing to the class mail.

Task 5
Hi everyone,
For this task, you have to record a video keeping balance on one leg while crouching to touch the cardinal points of the "Rosa de los Vientos" (North, Northeast, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, West and Northwest).
If it is quite easy for you, you can put a roll of paper on your head and do it without the roll of paper falling out.
You can´t put your other foot or one of your hands on the floor if you want to overcome the challenge, so you must try several times before recording the video.

From 27th to 30th of April
Task 3
Hello everyone
This time you have to do a motor circuit.
You have to do 3 laps to the circuit and write how many repetitions you do in each exercise each lap.
Who does not have a printer or computer, we can copy the table on a sheet (without drawings or photos, only the letters) and complete it.
When you have everything done you take a photo of a table and I send it by mail.
